Location

This luxury ship takes guests on a magnificently memorable cruise along both the Negro and Amazon Rivers, offering all the comfort and service the discerning traveler demands. The adventure begins in the city of Manaus, capital of Amazonas, famous for its spectacular Opera House. After departing Manaus, the Iberostar Grand Amazon makes stops at locations along the Amazon jungle, offering excursions to explore the dense, untouched vegetation. Adventure-seekers will have the opportunity to see indigenous plants, trees, animals and even the local river communities, which are made up of extremely friendly and hospitable people. This rainforest experience is ideal for those looking for adventure with all the comfort of a five-star hotel.

Cabins
The 72 cabins are situated on three different decks - Mandi, Acará and Tambaqui. The two spacious royal suites are situated in the front of the vessel. Suites and cabins are equipped with private bathrooms, twin beds, private balcony, TV, telephone, hair dryer, air-conditioning and radio.

Facilities
This ship includes two pools, a rooftop Jacuzzi and two restaurants. The bar salon for entertainment can be used as a conference room with a capacity for approximately 148 people. Other amenities include fitness center, laundry service, valet, drugstore, on-site paramedic and internet access. Some technical espicifications: Tonnage: 1500 ton, Speed: 12 knot, Electricity: 110 V.

All Inclusive

This All Inclusive cruise encompasses lodging, all meals, welcome cocktail, all snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, both domestic and imported, safety deposit box located inside the cabins and various guided activities and excursions at the stops. Items of a personal nature and personal expenses are not included in the package rate. Documents required for boarding: I.D. for Brazilian citizens and passport for all others.

Entertainment
Entertainment on the ship includes field trips, dance classes, fishing and ecological classes where participants are taught about the native fauna and flora. There are also motorboat excursions through the local lakes of Igapos and Igarapes. Evening activities include live music and theme parties.

The departure time for any cruise is 6 p.m.
The arrival time at the day of disembarkation is 8 a.m.
No children less than 15 years old are accepted on board.
Two bags are allowed to bring on board.
